a day of woodland crafts, living history and conservation activities
held in Catherington Lith in Horndean.
Wednesday 21 May Friends of Park Wood, 'A Walk in the Woods' a
guided walk through Park Woods meet 7 p.m.at the London Road entrance
Thursday 29 May: Brook Meadow Conservation Group (BMCG), 'Herbal First
Aid' - a herb walk round Brook Meadow led by Steve Taylor, local
herbalist, meet 7pm in Palmers Road car park (off North Street). Free to
BMCG members, £3 to non members.
June
Saturday 31 May to Sunday 29 June, Emsworth Tree Wardens, 'Emsworth
Trees' exhibition Emsworth Museum, Saturdays 10.30am to 4.30pm ,

Brook Meadow becoming a Local Nature Reserve. 11am to 5pm,
activities to include: Nature Hunt, Nature Trail, displays of photos,
guided walks and talks.
Sunday 20 July: Friends of Hollybank Woods, 'Butterflies', a guided walk
through Hollybank Woods. Meet 10am at top of Hollybank Lane

Sunday 14th December: Friends of Park Wood 'Christmas Family Activities'
get ready for the christmas festivities make decorations, nest boxes,
christmas woodland trail, carols and mince pies. Come along from 10 a.m.
to 1 p.m. to the meadow by the London Road entrance.
